It was established in El-Gomrok district, a public area near the port, where animals are used mainly to transport goods from/ to the port.

The clinic includes a room used for examining cases and performing simple operations.

It is equipped with a lab for examining samples and clinical analysis, a radiography system, drug and forage stores and three separate boxes.

The clinic is supplied with 4 mobile clinics used for weekly visits to the markets and villages to provide first aid to animals there.

The animals in need of intensive care are transported to the clinic where they stay until they are fully recovered.
