We operate through 5 static clinics, two offices, and 26 mobile clinic teams, staffed by 29 veterinarians.

Our teams achieve, on average, about 5000 field visits annually to 171 communities across seven operational areas, reaching working equines in 13 governorates: Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, Dakahlia, Gharbia, Alexandria, El-Behira, Damietta, Kafr El Sheikh, Matrouh, Luxor, Qena, and Aswan.

In 2024/25, Brooke teams provided 165,000 treatments for different cases; hospitalized 1,375 animals, performed 567 minor surgeries, handled 66 emergencies, and conducted 142 lab tests, 178 x-rays, and 27 ultrasonography exams. While 283 animals were humanely euthanized, our efforts have significantly improved the welfare of working equines across the country.
