The Brooke Aswan Clinic collaborated with Aswan Veterinary College. They co-operated in Kobania through holding a veterinary campaign. Besides provision of free veterinary services to equine working animals to alleviate suffering from theses animals, Brooke vets trained the undergraduate Vet students practically on how to approach equine animals and methods of restraint on animal welfare basis.
